All products purchased from D.Franklin can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
If your order was delivered outside of Spain or Portugal, you’ll need to process a return and place a new order.
RETURN COSTS
- UNITED KINGDOM (UK):
We will provide a return label, and a €20 administrative fee will be deducted due to customs processing fees.
- EUROPE (except Spain & Portugal):
You must return the product at your own expense using a courier of your choice. Returns should be sent to our warehouse in Spain (address and instructions are available in our Returns Portal). Once your request is completed, you’ll receive an email with further details. Please note that, as this is not a service provided by D.Franklin, we are not responsible for lost or delayed packages, so we recommend keeping a proof of shipment.
- SPAIN & PORTUGAL:
You have three convenient return options:
1️⃣ 🔄 EXCHANGE: Need a different size? No problem! Select the new size in our Returns Portal, and we’ll send you a replacement. The first size exchange within the same order is FREE. Make sure to select the free shipping option; otherwise, no return label will be provided, and you’ll need to cover the shipping costs. For a second exchange, you must request a return (€11.97 will be deducted from the refund) and place a new order.
2️⃣ 🎁 GIFT CARD: With this option, return shipping is FREE. We’ll send you a gift card for the value of the returned items, with no expiration date, so you can use it anytime on our website. This is ideal if you want to exchange your items for something else without paying return shipping fees.
3️⃣ 💰 REFUND: We’ll process the refund to the same payment method used for your purchase. If you use our return label, a €5.99 return fee will be deducted from your refund.
- REST OF THE WORLD:
Returns must be arranged and paid for by the customer. A €15 administrative fee will be deducted due to customs procedures.
Important Reminders
📩 Print the return confirmation received via email and place it inside the package.
📦 Protect the package properly and avoid sticking labels or tape directly on the original product boxes.
📮 Keep your shipping receipt to track your return.
🚚 Exchanges and refunds are processed within 14 days after the package arrives at our warehouse.
