To ensure your return is processed smoothly and without any penalties, we kindly ask that you keep the original packaging intact and avoid placing labels or tape directly on it. If the product isn’t returned in its original packaging, with all the items it came with (such as stickers, cleaning cloths, protective cases, etc.), the item may lose value.
In that case, we’ll have to deduct the following amounts from your refund:
📦 Shipping box: €5
🧽 Other missing items (stickers, protective case, cleaning cloth, etc.): €3 per missing item.
If your order was part of a 2x1 promotion or included a free gift, both items need to be returned in full to receive a refund.
