Your order may be left at a pickup point 📍, and if not collected within the designated time, it could be considered abandoned. ⏳To avoid this from happening, please contact the courier 📦 with your tracking number so you can schedule the delivery at your convenience.
In some countries, deliveries may be left in a safe place 🔒, doorman 🏢, or in a designated area. Please check with your neighbors, mailbox 📬, or any other possible locations to verify. ✅
Spain:
Normally, Correos makes two delivery attempts before leaving the package available for pickup at the nearest post office. In that case, they will also leave a delivery notice with the phone number and address of the office where your package is located. If both delivery attempts have been made, we recommend going to the indicated office with the following documents:
- Tracking number.
- National ID.
- Delivery notice. If you haven’t received a delivery notice, we suggest contacting Correos directly for more information about your package's status.
