When at the time of delivery the packaging shows signs of tampering or visible damage, we recommend that you do not accept the order and notify us immediately by means of our Contact Form.
If this is not possible, a claim must be filed with the last mile courier as well as with us, on the same day of receipt, or within a maximum of 24 hours, including photographs showing the condition of the parcel.
Without this documentation, the corresponding claim cannot be processed.
